Chris Fajardo

Director of Operations

Born in Miami and raised in Texas, Chris moved to Los Angeles upon graduating from Baylor University, where he obtained a degree in finance. He settled on the Westside, where he has lived for the last six years enjoying the sunny California coast and all it has to offer.

Prior to real estate, Chris established a successful career in the entertainment industry, first working in film distribution at Lionsgate. His star rose quickly—he was shortly noticed and recruited to work as Manager of Original Content at IMAX Corporation, where he worked under the office of the CEO.

Chris’ love of architecture and appreciation of design, coupled with a natural ability to connect with people, drew him into the world of real estate. Due to his multi-faceted background, Chris brings a vast array of skills and experience to the table, including expertise in strategy and business development. Above all, he prides himself on building meaningful relationships with clients while providing the utmost level of care and service.

In his spare time, Chris enjoys taking advantage of LA’s natural beauty, hiking trails and relaxing on the beach. He is an avid tennis player and sports fan as well. He has also been fortunate to travel the globe and enjoys exploring new places. When he’s not traveling or outdoors, you can find him enjoying a night out catching the latest movie on the big screen.
